As industry advances with technology, Systems 2 focuses its efforts by advancing with emerging and current technologies to streamline practical business applications within our trade. Electronic Asbuilts is the marriage of AutoCAD software and a streamlined flexible database. We have also built our invoicing database under the same base program of our asbuilting database. With that we can run daily reconciliation checks against the 2 databases. When a node is completed in the field, it can now be turned over to our customers within a weeks time completely reconciled. The time spent manually counting asbuilts is now an aspect of the past.

• We can filter reports on information stored in the database any way our customers need.
• Our Administrative Program tied into AutoCAD allows us ease of job set up and management.
• We can now deliver our asbuilts electronically to our customer where applicable.
• Certain codes can only attach to certain objects, i.e. Strand Codes can only be placed at Strand Locations on map. For Composite Jobs this function will help us track our materials on the asbuilt.
